Everything you can do in a normal Vonnegut* you can do Hi !! *I have found in my short shoe career that it takes a few seasons to perfect a shoe. It is an ongoing process that can take years to arrive at the desired effect. After three seasons I have changed the pattern of the Vonnegut’s upper to make it more athletic in silhouette. I have added in more EVA and changed the pitch so it rolls like a 4x4. I have elasticized the tongue so it holds your foot and keeps it’s shape. I have experimented with the stiffness and finish of the leather striving for the perfect balance between comfort and staying fly. I have also flipped and bounced the colour palette from classic to Lucida and now Popping Fresh. All this constant tinkering has made the Vonnegut the second best selling Mr. Hare shoe behind the Miller. This suggests two possibilities to me. Either Mr. Hare has a very broad fan base or sneaker heads are taking over the world. Do it Hi !!

All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment and within 14 days of online purchase. Returns will be charged at the following rates, per box: UK - £6, EU - £12, Rest of the World - £24. In some cases, returns will be free of charge where there is a useable nearby UPS drop off point - please contact customerservices@mrhare.com for locations near you. Any subsequent returns from the same order will incur additional shipping costs. Please contact customerservices@mrhare.com to obtain a returns number and pay for delivery in order to proceed with your return. The returns number should be written on your original invoice and on the airway bill or return-shipping label you are provided by the courier. We request that returns are shipped through our courier UPS. MHL is not liable for any returned goods which are not returned in this way. Failure to obtain a returns number or return goods using UPS does not affect your statutory rights.

MHL will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and are creased and/or scratched in any way. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received in the conditions mentioned, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

For reasons of hygiene, any fragrance or toiletries item which have been opened may not be returned, unless faulty.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).Should you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size, please email us when you request your returns number and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch your new size to you after the goods have undergone a quality control check.  You will be charged the following to ship the exchanged pair to you again: UK - £6, EU - £12, Rest of the World - £24.

If you are located outside the EU you will be required to pay additional taxes and duties on the replacement item.

Please be aware that we are unable to exchange an item for an alternative colour or style, subject to availability.

Collection In-store

Please state which branch you would like to collect from by writing in the comments box at the checkout stage. However, SALE items are limited and must be collected in-store by the nominated branch given by customerservices@mrhare.com

Please note that you will have 14 days to return/exchange your item(s) from the day of receiving an email from customer services and not from the date of collection.
